1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for eligible orders. Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product was damaged during delivery, defective, or you received the wrong item. Return requests for these issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request. The video must show the sealed package before opening, the shipping label, the unboxing process, and the issue or damage. Requests without an unboxing video cannot be processed.
3. How do I request a return or replacement?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and the unboxing video/photos.

4. What items cannot be returned?
Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases, incorrect orders placed by the customer, products used or damaged after delivery, or items returned without original packaging.
5. How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, inspection usually takes 3โ5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
6. Who covers the return shipping cost?
