Thank you for shopping with GEARIVA. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


7-Day Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Valid Reasons for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Mandatory Unboxing Video

To prevent fraudulent claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label on the parcel

  • The unboxing process

  • The issue or damage inside the package

Return requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the unboxing video and photos.

Size & Color Disclaimer

If size, color, or product specifications are clearly mentioned on the product page, returns will not be accepted for incorrect size or color selection made by the customer.

Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Complaints raised without an unboxing video

  • Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will arrange the replacement or refund.

  • In other approved cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped, or

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
